Our annual tradition begins soon: 12 Days of Christmas, celebrating the last 12 school days before Winter Break! K-5 students, the first day begins Thursday, December 5. Our PreK edition begins Tuesday, December 3, to take into account their Fridays off.

Due to dense fog in the area, Westfall Local Schools will be operating on a 2-hour delay schedule today, Wednesday, November 20, 2024. As a result, there will be no AM Preschool.
Today, several of our students had the opportunity to receive free eye exams and custom eyewear, all provided at NO COST! The iSee program bridges the gap by bringing eye care directly to schools, ensuring every child has access to the vision services they need to succeed.
A huge thank you to our counselors who made this possible, as well as the doctors and volunteers who donated their time and expertise to provide these services to our students.
Miss Haberthier's preschoolers had a blast celebrating their 50th day of school by dressing up in true 50s style! From poodle skirts to leather jackets, they looked the part as they had fun with 50-inspired activities.

WES students had the opportunity to honor their family members who serve or have served at our Donuts with a Veterans event. WES Student Council members served donuts while our Musical Mustangs performed. Thank you to all who made this possible and the veterans who attended.

WES Lunch Menu Update for Monday, November 25:
This week, we kicked off the DARE program in our kindergarten classrooms, and it’s been a huge success so far! Our students are learning valuable safety lessons, including recognizing stop signs, railroad crossings, and other universal safety symbols to keep them safe on roadways. The engagement and enthusiasm from our kindergartners have been incredible!
Thank you to our amazing DARE officer, Deputy Hamlin, for leading this program and helping our kids grow into confident, responsible individuals. We also thank the Pickaway County Sheriff’s Office and the Ruth Neff DARE Fund for their continuous support of these valuable programs. We can’t wait to see how these lessons continue to inspire our students throughout the year.
