The Westfall eSports Fall Season wrapped up this past week with exciting results!

Our Marvel Rivals team took second place overall in the state! As the newest game offered at Westfall, Marvel Rivals drew a lot of interest this season. Team Captain Jake Lindsey and Brenner Burke led the team in eliminations and proved to be strong leaders throughout the competition.

The Fortnite team also had an outstanding season, going undefeated and setting their sights on another run to the state finals. The team has competed in the OHSAA State Finals for the past four years and is expanding for the Winter Season as they continue to push for the top spot.

Congratulations!!

Westfall High School - Senior Yearbook Photo Submission - Option 1: Professional Photo- Seniors may choose to submit a senior portrait that was taken by a professional photographer. If the senior chooses this option, it is important to schedule the photo shoot with the photographer early in the school year. To achieve a consistent look among all senior photos and ensure a quality yearbook is produced, all submitted photography must meet the following yearbook requirements: ● Seniors must face the camera, with both eyes open and visible. ● Sunglasses cannot cover the eyes. ● Pose must be a waist-up shot. No full body shots. ● No weapons or additional people can be visible in the photo. ● The photo must be vertical. No horizontal photos. ● The yearbook club reserves the right to crop photos as needed and all photos are subject to the approval of the yearbook staff and advisor. ● Deadline: Must be submitted by email no later than February 2nd, 2026. ● Submit photos in digital format. All photos must be at least 300dpi in resolution and uploaded. No print photos will be accepted. https://photos.jostens.com/PFHE6Q **The yearbook staff reserves the right to request a different photograph should the submitted photo not meet the specifications above. If you fail to submit a replacement photo by the deadline, your Jostens photo will be used instead. Option 2: Free Photo- This fall, Jostens Photography took photos of all students. These photos are of excellent quality and are an easy way to provide a senior photo for the yearbook. Seniors who do not submit a professional portrait will have this photo used in the senior section.
Last week, senior Lily Danielsson represented our district at the Hope in Ohio – Paint Valley Community Conversation, hosted by ADAMH and the Pickaway Addiction Action Coalition (PAAC), at the Adena Paccor Education Center.

The event focused on mental health awareness and featured students from area schools sharing why they chose to be involved in this important cause. Lily joined Logan Elm’s Madeline Barnes in speaking to attendees, alongside guest speaker and Interim Director Tia Marcel Moretti.

We are so proud of Lily for representing Westfall with such leadership and thoughtfulness.
